In the U.S., approximately 17% of people experience regret, some with tattoos. A survey in 2008, the most common reasons are regrettable, “too young, when I Tattoo (20%),” the “stable” and “scarred for life (19%), and I saw only me” is not so (18 %). A previous study showed that 19% of British people with tattoos regret now that 11% of Italians with tattoos.
